Payment

What are acceptable payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe and through bank transfer. We also offer BUY NOW PAY LATER plan on some of our products.

How much does it cost to do a private tour?

Our prices vary depending on the destinations and size of the the tour. We provide fully-customized tours based on your preferences. You can set a budget and we can provide you suggestions and offers based on that. Please check our pre-made travel packages and destinations for sample pricing.

How can I pay for my booking?

You can pay for your booking directly through the check out page. For customized tours, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions via email.

Reservation

Do i have to make reservation?

Most of our products required reservations to guarantee availability upon arrival, unless indicated otherwise.

What are your terms and conditions?

Our general terms and conditions can be found in our T&Cs page. However, some of our products and services have individual terms and conditions based on the availability and our suppliers’ requirements. Please ensure you have carefully read the TCs before sending any payments.

Do you offer instalment plans for your tours?

Yes, however, if you make a booking less than 15 days of your trip, we require a full payment. Some of extra services such as visa assistance and attraction bookings, a full payment is required upon reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the products and services purchased. For our tour packages, please see individual cancellation policy as stated in the description. Visa assistance, admin and preparation fees are non-refundable.

Does Dybo Travel have a waitlist for fully booked trips?

We don’t have a waitlist, and all trips are first come, first served. People sometimes cancel at the last minute, so if you have your eye on a particular trip that is sold out, we recommend checking our website again to see if space has become available.

How do I book extra nights of accommodation?

If you’d like to arrive at your joining point hotel early or stick around post-tour to explore, contact us, and we can help you book extra nights of accommodation.

Preparation

What do i need to bring?

Primarily, we ask our travellers to bring their passport and/or any valid ID to confirm your identity. We may also asked you to bring a print-out your booking confirmations and vouchers for specific activities. We’ll provide you further instructions prior to your arrival as needed.

What are your terms and conditions?

Where do I find my trip notes?

When we confirm your booking, we’ll send you a link with all the necessary information including access to our communication tool.

Are there COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements on Dybo Travel trips?

From 1 January 2023, Intrepid will no longer require travellers to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (excluding select Polar trips and cruises).

However, we continue to strongly recommend that all Dybo Travel travellers and leaders get vaccinated to protect themselves and others.

Your destination or airline may still require specific proof of testing or vaccination. Please check travel and entry requirements carefully.
